Homemade buttermilk biscuits

*Ingredients:

° 300 gr. All-purpose flour.

° 70 gr. of default.

° 1 glass. of milk.

° 1 sp large. of white sugar.

° 1 sp large. of baking powder.

° 1 small x. of salt.

*Preparation :

Stage 1: I started by setting the burner to 425°F = 220°C to heat it up.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Stage 3: I cut in the ghee until it looked like a rough dinner in the mixture.

Stage 4: Next I added the milk and mixed the paddle until it started to pull away from the edge of the bowl.

Stage 5: I end up doing 15 to several times on a crunchy load.

Stage 6: On top of that, you compact or cut the mixture to ¼ inch.

Stage 7: Then I used a wide mold or a smoothie glass dipped in flour and dumped out the sweets.

Stage 8: On top of that, I re-rolled until I used up all of the batter, then at that point I removed the ample flour and placed it on an ungreased baking sheet with the treats.

Stage 9: I roasted in the preheated grill for about 15 minutes, when the edges started to brown I removed them from the burner and let them cool for a few minutes.

Enjoy!
