LEMON LOAF

 



*INGREDIENTS
  
°1 package lemon cake mix
°1 package lemon instant pudding mix
°1/2 cup vegetable oil
°4 large eggs
°8 ounces sour cream
°1/2 cup ½ cup milk
°6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
+Icing
°1/2 cups powdered sugar
°3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste

*INSTRUCTIONS

 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 2 small loaf pans.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, milk and lemon juice in bowl of stand mixer.
Beat about 2 mn and pour to prepared loaf pans.
Bake in the center of the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
Let cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing from pans to cool completely on wire rack.
Icing
Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
Spreading evenly over the buns & let set before slicing, about 30 mn.
