*Ingredients
°12 ounces dry pasta
°Half a cup of butter
°¼ cup flour
°1 1/2 cups milk
°1 c cream is about 10-12% MF
°Half a teaspoon of dry mustard powder
°1 teaspoon onion powder
°salt and pepper as needed
°1 10.75 oz can Optional Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
°4 cups cheddar cheese, divided
°¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese

Preheat oven 425 degrees F
Cook al dente pasta (to firm) according to package directions. Strain it & run it under cold water
Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisking in flour and leave for two mn while stirring. Slowly whisk in the milk, cream, mustard powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat, stirring, to thickened
Removing from heat and adding Parmesan cheese also 3 cups of cheddar cheese until melt.
Mixing cheese sauce & pasta noodles together. Pour to a greased 9×13 frying pan. Putting remaining cheese on top
Baking for 18-24 min
Cool for 10-15 mn before serving
