* Ingredients :
+Dough Ingredients:
°warm milk cup
°A tablespoon of instant yeast.
°tow big spoon of sugar.
°Small spoon of salt.
°Three tablespoons of soft butter.
°Two small eggs.
°Three cups of cake flour.
+Filling Ingredients:
°Quarter cup of melted butter.
°A cup of brown sugar.
°Two tablespoons of cinnamon.
°glass components:
°One diluted container holds 8 ounces of cream cheese.
°Half a cup of butter.
°1½ cups of powdered sugar.
°½ teaspoons of vanilla.
°2 tablespoons of milk.
+The method of work:
Step 1:
First, I combined warm milk, yeast, white granulated sugar, salt, melted butter and 1 egg in a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook on low speed.
Step 2:
Then I gradually added the flour, and once it was blended, I increased the mixer speed to medium.
note:
The dough should be soft and sticky but should be able to pull away from the side of the bowl.
Step 3:
Then I transferred the dough to a large, slightly oiled mixing bowl, covered it with plastic wrap, and set it aside for an hour to rise.
The fourth step:
In this step, I greased a 913-inch baking dish and rolled the dough into a 12.18-inch by 12.18-inch rectangle.
Fifth step:
I brushed the dough with 1/4 cup of the melted butter for the filling, and at the same time, I mixed the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Sixth step:
Over the greased dough, sprinkle the mixture and roll it lengthwise firmly to form one long roll.
Seventh step:
Next, I cut the dough into 12 slices using the string and put it on a greased baking tray.
Eighth step:
I covered the pan and let it rise for 45 minutes.
Step 9:
I baked them for 20 to 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees, until golden brown. The time will vary depending on the temperature and evenness in which your oven is baking.
Step 10:
After removing the rolls from the oven, I collected the glazing ingredients, adding more milk as needed to get the desired consistency, and while the rolls were still warm, I frozen them and served them with a warm cup of coffee.
If you have any leftovers, that's impossible in my house!! LOL Refrigerate up to 4 days in an airtight container.
Enjoy !
