** Here are some of the lesser known medical uses of alcohol:


**Get rid of bed bugs
Even if you are diligent about cleaning your bed daily, you can bring it home after staying in a dirty hotel or after vacationing somewhere abroad. Fortunately, sprinkling some rubbing alcohol on your pillow and bedding can rid you of these pesky bugs. Fill spraying bottle with alcohol & spray it on the bed. You can repeat this process several times to kill bed bugs and their eggs as well.

**Medical alcohol
An alternative to deodorants!!
If you forget to take your deodorant while you're on vacation or spending some days outside your home, don't buy another deodorant. All you need to do is spray some alcohol on your armpits to kill bacteria and prevent odor. However, you should only using this method in short term because alcohol can harm your skin.

**Kills lice
Fill a spray bottle with alcohol and spray it on your head to get rid of the lice. Then brush your hair to remove dead insects. According to the Public Health Organization, the comb should be soaked in rubbing alcohol for an hour before performing this procedure to remove all dead lice.

Clean your ears  Mix  white vinegar with rubbing alcohol, then dip a cotton ball in the mixture and use it to clean your ears. This method is better than using cotton swabs that push the wax deeper into the ear canal.
Removes nail polish
Girls usually remove nail polish with acetone, but this can be harmful to nails. So you can wipe the polish with alcohol and your nails will be healthy.

**Cleanse your skin
Instead of using anti-acne creams that contain benzoyl peroxide, you can use alcohol as an alternative. It has anti-inflammatory properties that clear your skin and calm inflammation, in addition to preventing acne breakouts. Apply alcohol directly to the pimple, as it can irritate the area around it.

**Hand sanitizer
Mix half a tablespoon of rubbing alcohol, aloe vera gel, and a few drops of tea tree oil to make a natural hand sanitizer.
