*instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and peel off the tough membrane covering the underside/bony side of the ribs. Place on a baking sheet or tray lined with tin foil (or parchment paper). Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper or cayenne pepper together. Sprinkle the seasoning over the ribs and drizzle with oil. Rub the seasoning over the ribs on both sides. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, during the last 5 minutes of cooking time, mix the sauce ingredients together, remove the ribs from the oven, remove the foil and spread over the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture, increase the oven temperature to 460°F (240°C). Return ribs to oven, uncovered, and bake for another 10 minutes. Change oven settings to broil (or broil) on medium-high heat to lightly sear and caramelize edges (about 3 minutes), wait 10 minutes to allow juices to circulate through meat before slicing.
Enjoy !
