Cream chocolate wafers



*Ingredients
+Dough:
°4 eggs
°1 cup (200ml) sugar powder
°1 cup flour
°3 tbsp cocoa powder
°1 Baking Powder Box
°1 can of vanilla sugar
+For cream:
°1 liter milk
°4 tbsp flour
 °4 tbsp potatoes or corn starch
°1.5 cup sugar powder
°2 Eggs
°100g butter
°1 can of vanilla sugar
°400 ml whipped cream
+Glaze:
°200ml whipped cream
°100g milk chocolate

*Instructions
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy and add the sieve flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder in parts. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (the larger the paper, the lower the dough) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
After baking, let it cool on the shelf.
For cream, bring milk, flour, starch, powdered sugar and eggs to a thick pudding. Removing from heat and stir with butter also vanilla sugar while still hot. Melt butter and sugar in it while stir. I flipped it with a hand mixer and the cream became gentle and soft. Let it cool.
Finally, whisk the cream until tough and stir the pudding with a whisk. Halve the cream.
Spread one part on the cake (cut the edge), sprinkle the crumbled edges on top, and spread the rest of the cream. Smooth and put in a cool place.
When the cream is really solid on the cake, the top is covered with chocolate ice - to do this, heat the cream, add chocolate pieces and melt while stirring
