* Ingredients:
+ paste:
° 1/2 cup warm water
° 2 teaspoons of instant yeast
°1/3 cup of sugar
°1/2 cup of milk
°1/3 cup melted butter
° 1 teaspoon salt
°2 eggs
°4 1/2 c all-purpose flor
+ Fill:
° 8 oz cream cheese, softened
°3/4 powdered sugar
°3/4 c strawberry jam
°1 c strawberries, diced
+ Ice:
°1/3 cup of the reserved cream cheese mixture
°1/2 cup powdered sugar
° 1-2 teaspoons of milk
° A touch of vanilla
*instructions:
Add the milk, melted butter, salt, eggs and 1 cup of flour. beat until smooth. Adding flour to making the dough. Knead until the dough becomes smooth.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes while preparing the filling.
Beating cream cheese to soft and fluffy. Add 3/4 cup of the powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Reserve in about 1/3 cup of Garnish. In another small bowl, mix the jam and strawberry cubes.
Roll the dough on a greased table into a rectangle 10 by 15. Roll out the cream cheese mixture, then the berries. Roll and press the edge to seal.
Cut the stems into 12 slices and place in a well-greased 9" x 13" skillet. Covering with plastic wrap & refrigerate.
Add 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to the reserved cream cheese mixture. Whisk until smooth, adding enough milk to make a fluffy frosting. Then put the cream in a zip-top bag in the refrigerator.
Refrigerate the wraps for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
Removing rolls and icing bag from refrigerator. Place the rolls in a warm place and let them rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or juice
